Product Quality 

Please note that due to our products being handmade, some colours and wood grain may vary from photos to in-person. We are dedicated to providing you with the best quality products and we carefully inspect all items before shipping to our customers.   

Exchanges/Incorrect Items 

Sage + Country pride ourselves on our attention to detail, however if your product arrives and is incorrect, please contact us via email and we will be happy to assist you. We will offer a full refund/exchange for any items that differ from your order. For example; incorrect spelling/colours or size. We ask that when you contact us to include a photo of the product/fault.  Please note that we do not accept changes due to change of mind.   

Damaged Products 

Sage + Country carefully inspect and safely package the product before dispatching to our customers. Unfortunately, sometimes items do get lost or damaged after leaving our warehouse. If your order has been damaged during transit, you may need to contact the courier to lodge a claim with them.  It is recommended that you take photos and submit your claim as soon as you receive your item.  If you require further guidance or have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us.   

Shipping & Processing 

All custom orders are made with love & care, however due to the complexity of the production process we have a 7-10 business day turn around on all custom orders. For all non-custom orders, we have a 2 day turn around. Please note shipping will then be calculated on top of this. We pride ourselves on working with our customers, so if you require something urgently, please contact us & we will be happy to assist. Please email us at sageandcountry@gmail.com.  

We offer free pickup or delivery to anywhere within the postcodes 3377 (Ararat) and 3222 (Curlewis). We will contact you once your order is complete to confirm which option you would prefer.   

Educational Toys 

Please note that some parts of our products may present as a choking hazard. These products are not recommended for children under the age of 36 months. We ask that you please supervise around small children.
