All custom orders are made with love & care, however due to the complexity of the production process we have a 7-10 business day turn around on all custom orders.
For all non-custom orders, we have a 2 day turn around. Please note shipping will then be calculated on top of this.

We offer free pickup or delivery to anywhere within Ararat 3377 or Curlewis 3222, and we will contact you once your order is complete to confirm which option you would prefer.
If you would prefer your item be shipped, we offer normal postage for $9.95 or express post for $14.95.
Due to the size of the birthday board, shipping will be charged at $19.95.
