Product Quality & Craftsmanship 

All our products are handmade, which means each item is unique. Please note that colors and wood grain may vary slightly from the photos you see online to the product you receive in person. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality, and every item is carefully inspected before it's shipped to you. 

Exchanges & Incorrect Items 

We pride ourselves on our attention to detail. However, if your order arrives with an incorrect item, such as wrong spelling, color, or size, please contact us via email right away. We'll be happy to assist you and offer a full refund or exchange for any items that differ from your original order. To help us resolve this quickly, please include a photo of the product or the fault when you contact us. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind. 

Damaged Products 

While we carefully inspect and securely package all products before dispatch, we understand that items can sometimes get lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us and include a photo of the damaged item, or if you don't receive your order in the advised time frame. 

Shipping & Processing 

We pour love and care into every custom order, which requires a production time of 7-10 business days, after which your chosen delivery option timeframe will apply.  

Safety Information 

Please be aware that some components of our educational toys & decor items may present a choking hazard. These products are not recommended for children under 2 years of age. We strongly advise adult supervision during play.
